Personnel: Session consists of 5 participants, 1 Co-Instructor, and 1 Full Instructor. 

Description: Develop the tools to create and lead online I-Groups with emphasis on safety and best practices. A five week experiential course to develop and enhance your leadership skills in the online realm. 

  • Participants develop skills focused on: 
  • Experience of Kingship/Sovereign in Online Leadership 
  • Group agreements trust /Building a safe digital container 
  • Influence the flow and focus of an I-Group 
  • Time management 
  • Warrior Communication

Before registering, read and agree to the following statements; registration implies you have read and agree to all.  Prior to Accountability in the first meeting, we ask you to commit to these rules and agreements:

  1. No recordings of any type.
  2. Be available and present for all 6 calls; (one call can be missed due to life circumstances, but not the first or last call.)
  3. Refunds are not possible.  If unable to attend, we offer attendance in a future session instead.
  4. Be on time for the call.
  5. If you are prevented from being on time, you are accountable to notify the Leader of that meeting and also email the group to let them know;  Also do this if there is an emergency which prohibits you from being on the call that session.
  6. Hold the call in confidence;  What is said on the call stays on the call.  You are free to share your own experience.
  7. No multitasking during the call.  We understand the complexity of time arrangements and mealtimes.  Do your best to manage all concerns before or after the meeting.
  8. Be respectful of the other men in the group;  No talking over or abusive language.
  9. Come prepared to do a piece of work or at minimum a sharing during the work round each week - This is required. Timing may not allow for all work to happen and Instructors will only work if there is extra time.
  10. Come to the call clean and sober (no drugs or alcohol in the past 24 hours).
  11. Understand that this is a support group and you may not always get what you want or need at each meeting.

By registering for this course, I agree to the following conditions: 

  • Anything said or done in this group is confidential. Group facilitators are not bound by this agreement in the case of expressions of intent to harm self or others. Recording any portion of this course is prohibited. 
  • I agree to refrain from initiating any business or personal relationship with other participants that a reasonable person would find unethical or exploitative.
  • I commit to checking out before leaving a session. If I fail to do so I understand that another attendee will contact me or my emergency contact.
  • If my internet drops, I will call or text meeting organizers using provided information to me by meeting organizers.
  • Non-Violence - Violence can be physical, verbal, emotional, or spiritual. I acknowledge that my words and actions have an impact on those around me. I take responsibility for my words and actions.
  • No Drugs or Alcohol - I will not attend the group while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If I break this agreement I will tell the group and accept the choice of the group in handling this to create a safe space for the men present.

I understand that the ManKind Project USA trainings, programs, and groups are not a substitute for professional mental health services. I am 18 years of age or older. I commit to being empathetic, compassionate, respectful, and welcoming to all who attend regardless of their race/ethnicity, ability, socio-economic status, age, religion, or sexual orientation. I understand that I may be removed from the group at any time for being disruptive or not following the ground rules or guidelines.
