The Men of Color Scholarship helps any man impacted by oppression based on skin color in the USA attend any MKP USA Training. Up to $400 per Training can be used from this scholarship fund.

MKP USA Areas may apply to MKP-USA for $200 scholarship reimbursements after a man has completed his NWTA. The fund is targeted specifically for men impacted by oppression based on color from the USA who are unable to afford the training fee, and may be supplemented by the Area’s own scholarship fund.

Funds are distributed by the MKP USA Financial Director. Depending on demand, the grants will be distributed so that all applying centers get their share before any given center gets additional grants. Funding for the MKP USA Diversity Scholarship Fund is provided by contributions from individuals who wish to financially support men attending the NWTA from the minority groups listed above. Distribution of the scholarships will take place so long as there are donated funds available in the restricted account. All donations to this fund are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The founder of this scholarship fund has committed to annual donation of $2000 in 'seed' money annually during his lifetime - and MKP-USA in turn commits to widely publicize this fund and to encourage others to contribute.
